Comments like the one alleged to have been made by Mr. President on the ‘purported’ ineptitude of Nigerian youths infuriates me to the marrow. This is due not only to its robust falsity, but the inherent insensitivity that adorns a less than empirical statement.

You may be unemployed or underemployed but you can choose to EMPLOY your inner passion!
At this most anticipated Yuletide draws closer, it is important that entrepreneurs pay attention to this important entrepreneurial element ‘employee mindset’. This depicts the state of mind of employees in relation to the company or organization in which such employee is employed. Do your employees see themselves as assets or mere commodities? Certainly, this yuletide season brings with it an all-important opportunity for entrepreneurs to mould their desired employee mindset by making employees feel valued and appreciated! A gift, a salary top up, a painting, a personal gift card, or any other means will be a great way to mould the employee mindset for a much more productive work-force for 2018.
Entrepreneurs should never underestimate the value of the employee mindset.
